Return Policy

We realize grading is a very subjective practice and whether the item is raw or Third Party Certified, some characteristics can only be observed when the banknote or coin is inspected in person.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer full returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Tampered or broken seals on third party graded items will void the refund.
• Items not returned in the same condition will void the refund.

1. Please contact us before submitting the refund so we know you are not 100% satisfied.
2. Send the items back to us safely packaged using a bubble envelop.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued the same day.
